This holiday rental consists of a small conservatory entrance way, living room and kitchen. The separate bedroom has a double bed, plenty of space and storage in the large built in wardrobe and an ensuite shower room/WC.

We can provide a travel cot, high chair and toys for babies and toddlers.  There's also a small climbing frame with slide and swings out of sight at the back of the garden, which is shared with the owners children.

• Oven with grill and hob
  
• Washing machine
• Fridge
• Combination microwave
• Pans, crockery, cutlery, etc
• Double glazing and central heating
• Drop leaf dining table to be used in conservatory or set up in living room
  
• Off road parking 

The rental is located in a separate building in the owner’s garden. Access is by steps to a terraced garden and so unsuitable for disabled / infirm guests.

Guests are free to enjoy the garden and barbecue.
